EmpowerMe Wellness is a tech-enabled, integrated healthcare provider that serves senior living communities across the country. Based in St. Louis, EmpowerMe is very similar to ONR, in that they are driven by a mission to improve the lives of seniors.
In addition to therapy services, they also provide diagnostic lab testing, pharmacy, and care coordination services, which they will be able to offer to ONR communities and facilities as well.

One of the main reasons EmpowerMe is a great fit for us is the similarity in our cultures. Both our companies are singularly focused on improving healthcare for seniors.

The dress code at ONR communities will remain unchanged for the time being.
As our employee systems are integrated with those of EmpowerMe Wellness, we may experience slight changes. However, you will be notified of them well in advance, if and when they occur.
ONR communities and facilities will continue to use the same devices and systems. If an ONR community is rebranded as EmpowerMe Wellness, the team at that location will transition to EmpowerMe’s technologies, which are similar to ONR’s. Plus, additional new systems may be added over time. All team members will be fully trained well in advance of any technology changes.
The COVID-19 vaccination policies at ONR and EmpowerMe Wellness locations will remain unchanged.

As you know, providing care for seniors requires our communities and facilities to offer their residents access to many different services. That can be a daunting process to manage. EmpowerMe can offer options to expand the kinds of healthcare services our communities and facilities provide, which will be a tremendous benefit for their residents.
