How Our Referral Bonuses Work
All EmpowerMe employees are welcome to participate. To be eligible for the following bonuses, your friend must be hired within 180 days of the date you referred them. Click here for full details.
$1,000 Bonuses for Full-Time Openings
You will receive $300 after the referred candidate has been employed with EmpowerMe/ONR for 30 days.
You will receive $700 after they have been employed for 6 months.
$500 Bonuses for Part-Time Openings
You will receive $150 after the referred candidate has been employed with EmpowerMe/ONR for 30 days.
You will receive $350 after they have been employed for 6 months.
